Online Registration:
- Complete the Online Registration Form.
- Download the Goals Worksheet and meet with your Supervisor and together determine some areas where you feel your leadership can be strengthened. Then upload your goals on the Online Goals Worksheet.
- Complete the Columbia Leadership Online Payment Policy Form.
